Travel Guide: Dining in Bartlesville, OK

When it comes to vacations, there’s nothing more exciting than treating yourself to some new restaurants. Lucky for us, Bartlesville and Dewey are not lacking in the least when it comes to fabulous restaurants. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite restaurants in Bartlesville and Dewey and have included our personal recommendations at each place, too!

Copper Bar + Restaurant

Located on the 15th floor of the Price Tower Arts Center, Copper Bar + Restaurant has a menu perfect for a special date night or celebratory dinner. From their Duck Confit Salad to their chicken and dumplings, there’s something for everyone on their menu! Not only is their food fabulous, but they host a Wright Chef competition and you could have a featured contest winner make your meal.

Frank & Lola’s

This restaurant is one of our absolute favorites in Bartlesville. They serve everything from seafood to an incredible burger. Our favorite entree is the catfish and anything with green chile!

Shorties Grille

What started out as a food truck is now a wonderful dining experience! Can’t go wrong with anything you order from the menu. It’s all prepared fresh and the pulled pork sandwich is extra yummy!

Samantha’s (Temporarily CLOSED)

Samantha’s is a perfect spot for a delicious and casual lunch! Serving steaks, soups, and pastas, this restaurant offers an ambiance like no other. Complete with soothing waterfalls, cozy fireplaces, and an outdoor eating area, Samantha’s is one of our favorite spots. We recommend getting the Steak and the Jalapeno Poppers!

Sterling’s Grille

Sterling’s has something for absolutely everyone. Ranging from burgers to steaks, salads, seafood and just about everything in between! Our absolute favorite entree from Sterling’s is the steak.

The Painted Horse

A traditional steakhouse with a modern twist, The Painted Horse is located in one of the most memorable parts of Bartlesville. Not only is their menu full of favorites, but the owner raises his own beef. The Asian bowl is one of our top favorites to order!

Tinker’s Glass House (Now renamed HOOPS)

Tinker’s Glass House serves up some serious chicken, fish, beef, veggies, and they make their own bread, too! Our favorite things to get here are their Steak and Artisan Bread Sampler.

Murphy’s Steakhouse

Murphy’s SteakHouse is our go-to for lunch or dinner. Their menu speaks for itself but it’s become a favorite of tons of Food Network foodies! Our favorite menu item is the Hot Hamburger with “Gravy Over All.” Don’t forget to order a house salad with their secret garlic dressing.

No dining guide is complete without a shout out to some seriously good pizza and Hideaway does not disappoint! Our favorite pizza is The Boz and we also love the Chicken Caesar Salad.

Soho Hibachi and Sushi

Serving soups, sushi, and protein entrees, Soho has delicious entrees and huge portion sizes.  All of their sushi rolls are delicious and always have a great Hibachi experience, too!

Dink’s BBQ

There’s nothing in the world like some classic BBQ, especially when that BBQ is Dink’s. They’ve got all the BBQ classics along with some delicious extras. Our suggestion: The Rib Dinner Plate.

Luigi’s

A family-owned restaurant, Luigi’s offers the best of the best in Italian cuisine. We have so many favorites we couldn’t pick just one! If you’re a seafood lover, try the Linguine Tuttomare and don’t forget to ask for the special olive oil dipping sauce for the homemade bread.

Taco Maria’s

Some of the absolute best Mexican food in town, Taco Maria’s is the best of the best when it comes to tacos. Our recommendation: The Street Tacos!

Tumbleweeds Steakhouse

Good Oklahoma home cookin’ can be found at Tumbleweeds. Indulge in a one pound chicken fried steak complete with creamy gravy or aged premium Angus beef in all cuts and sizes. Don’t forget to save room for some apple pie!

Copan Truck Stop

Copan Truck Stop has a menu full of light choices, burgers, and sandwiches. We love to go on Friday & Saturday nights for all you can eat Prime Rib. Don’t forget to pick up one of their homemade pies, too!
